My passion is using research to improve the health and performance of the physically active!

I provide solutions for research teams, clinicians, businesses, and other professionals in the Sports Medicine and Sports Science spaces.

With a PhD in exercise physiology, clinical experience as a board certified athletic trainer, and a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, I assist clients in designing, conducting and disseminating impactful research and progress science and medicine in my area of expertise.
